All my products are made with great care and longevity in mind.  I am more than happy to guarantee the workmanship and leather for 2 years and should there be any problems I will be happy to repair them free of charge.

Timing
After placing an order you will receive a  prompt reply and I will do my best to ensure to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.  However, due to the bespoke nature of my business and  that I make all the products myself, it takes time and there may be occasions when I do not  have the product in stock, it may therefore take a little longer to get your order  to you.  Should this be the case  you will be contacted promptly with an estimated time of dispatch. You have the option of a refund or change of product if you do not want to wait. 

Please understand that due to the nature of leather  I can guarantee that each leather  hide is unique and often with blemishes. I will do my best  to reach the closest match to that chosen online.  Should there be any major discrepancy i shall contact you to discuss.  Please also be aware that although I test the colour fastness of the different coloured leathers I cannot guarantee they will not  affect pale colours they may be worn over.
